Training Refund policy:
If Students/Customers decide not to attend the training and ask for refund, SQL operations will be deducting 25% of the Net paid amount (e.g. if customer has paid $2000 and then decides not to attend the training for any reason, the refund amount will be $1500) NO EXCEPTIONS.
Training Cancellation policy:
SQL Operations reserves the right to cancel a training for any unforeseen circumstances.
If SQL Operations cancels the training, then students / customers will be paid back with the Full Net amount they have paid. (If a student/customer has paid $1200, then SQL Operations will return $1200)
Training Schedule Changes:
SQL Operations reserves the right to re-schedule a training for any unforeseen circumstances.
If the event of training schedule being changed, SQL Operations will not refund the amount paid but will accommodate the student for the next class.
