Support Plan	Support Coverage
Platinum	24 hours / day – 365 days
Gold	7 am – 7 pm - 7 days a week (except US holidays)
Silver	8 am – 5 pm – 5 days a week (Mon – Fri)

*Coverage times are local to customer's time zone

*We support all versions of Microsoft SQL Server

*Any database service not mentioned is subject to an hourly rate, unless  negotiated as part of the contract
